Delivery policy

Flate rate shipping of $9.95

We will dispatch orders within 2 business days from when the online order was placed. Please note we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Orders can take between 2-10 business days. It is recommended that delivery is made to a work address or somewhere where someone is available to collect the parcel as a signature is required upon delivery.

Refund policy


If you change your mind about a product we are unable to provide a refund however you are able to exchange the product with a product of equal or greater value within 14 days of purchase. Products can only be exchanged if they are in their original packaging, in their original condition and all tags are still attached. Note exchanges are subject tostock availability.

If you receive a faulty product you need to return it to us within 14 days of purchase. We will inspect the product and if we agree that the product is faulty and unlikely to have occurred through abnormal use we will replace the product or provide a refund. Note this is subject to stock availability.
To process an exchange or refund we will require proof of purchase. Refunds will be made in the original formof payment.

If products were purchased online you are able to return the goods for exchange or refund if faulty either in person at the store or by return mail. Products that are returned via mail are to be sent to 63 Hunter Street Newcastle NSW 2300.

Please note we do not refund delivery fees for online purchases.
